2. SERVICES
PopStarz provides an AI-assisted music creation platform, tools, resources, and community features. Services may evolve and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part at any time.

3. USER ACCOUNT

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
Paid services (subscriptions, credit packs) are billed via the payment provider shown on the site. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are presented during checkout. By subscribing, you authorize necessary charges. Applicable taxes are the user’s responsibility.

5. CREDITS & AI
Credits are used to access AI features. Prices may change. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant PopStarz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the service. You warrant that you own the rights to your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Do not post illegal, hateful, pornographic, violent, or copyright-infringing content. PopStarz reserves the right to remove content and/or suspend accounts for violations.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The platform, code, designs, trademarks, and original content belong to ALGORGANISATION or its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit these elements without permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, PopStarz is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost revenue, or consequential damages from using the service. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by the user in the last 12 months.

10. WARRANTIES
The service is provided “as is”. PopStarz does not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a specific purpose.

11. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations. You may cancel your subscription according to the options in your user dashboard.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Paris.
